Purpose: Empower yourself with the space to think critically, advice to make immediate progress, and confidence to accelerate in your career.
Best for: Customized and ongoing 1:1 relationship, career aspirations between 3 months and/or multiple years.
Focus areas:
Job search/pivot strategy or promotion readiness
Strategic goal setting + action plan building and execution
Customized coaching to your needs and accountability against your goals
Deliverables: Customized based on your goals, but may include:
Leadership and Executive Coaching
Resume, LinkedIn, Personal Statement optimization
Interview preparation; Networking best practices
In-roll and skills and promotion readiness coaching
CliftonStrengths; DiSC; 360 degree assessment(s)
Commitment: 6 months - like training for a race, but for your career.
Sessions and Communication Access: 2-3 x 30-60 min sessions / month (as needed basis). Virtual or in-person (if Denver area). You can expect 6am-10pm email and text responses within 2 hours, 7 days/week.
Cost: $90 / month (vs. $120 / month for 3 month package) (Basecamp session required)
Most promotions or new roles typically increase total comp by $20–40K. This program is designed to accelerate that timeline.
Many companies offer professional development stipends. I’m happy to provide documentation for reimbursement.
