About Nick Fuselier

Who I am, what I do, and why I started Summit:

From startups to major enterprises, I’ve built and lead teams made up of early- to mid-career people and helped them develop, make an impact, and get promoted.

Today, I run Adobe’s inside sales teams that support its largest High Tech, Auto, and Industrial customers - leading 10+ individuals spanning recent graduates to folks 5+ years into their careers.

I’ve found that the person who gets hired or promoted usually isn't the one with the best resume. It's the one who walks in and makes you believe in them. That gap - between being good and being the obvious choice - is the whole reason I started Summit.

Then AI showed up and made the gap wider. Anyone can generate a flawless resume now, so paper stopped saying much about anyone. What's left is the part an AI model can't do for you - how you think on your feet, connect, and carry yourself when it counts. That’s where I can help you, from landing your first internship or full-time role to landing your next job or promotion.

Developing people has been my job for years, but greatest area of personal fulfillment. But, I'm also certified to do this properly as a Certified Professional Career Coach through the PARWCC.

How I'm wired, quickly: I believe most things compound: you get further by investing deeply in yourself, others, and systems, failing forward often, and always trying to be the multiplier in the room.

I will direct with you, but always in your corner. I named this Summit Coaching for the climb, because the way up is never a straight line and it's easier to navigate your career with someone who's done it themselves before and helps others do the same full-time.

So, if you're looking for a trail guide for your career, let’s talk.

Personally, I am often training for an Ironman, following Colorado sports, reading, investing, and traveling with those I love.
