Nicholas Thompson (CEO of The Atlantic), shared an article by John Burn-Murdoch of the Financial Times who put into current context a quantitative study by David J. Deming. The article highlights how Deming’s study demonstrates that social skills still outweigh math skills in terms of employment rate and wage growth.

AI-revolution or not, I’m a firm believer that EQ is both innate and can be learned, which I why I enjoy supporting and challenging my high performing clients in their social agility.
